Our Natural Resources team represents many companies across Europe in the energy sector (conventional and renewable electricity and downstream oil and gas), as well as those involved in mining, quarrying, water supply and waste management.

The team contains lawyers specialising in both contentious and non-contentious matters and can therefore offer a seamless service from project inception and risk management, through to project completion and dispute resolution. Our lawyers, some of whom have worked in-house in the Natural Resources industry, are advising with first hand industry experience. We are also an active member of the Environmental Services Association and the Institute of Wastes Management.
