He specialises in corporate recovery, non-contentious and contentious, insolvency and banking litigation, acting for corporate organisations, banks and other financial institutions and insolvency practitioners. He has particular experience acting for US clients and in cross-jurisdictional matters. David also has significant experience of fraud claims to complement the firms growing strength in this practice area.Increasingly, David's work involves cross-jurisdictional issues, primarily relating to North America but also to Continental Europe, including Scandinavia. In addition to the normal range of court applications brought under Companies Act 1985 and Insolvency Act 1986, David specialises in fraud investigations, freezing orders, directors' fiduciary duties and insolvency aspects of lease surrenders.
