
Anne-Marie provides legal support to HR practioners in a wide range of companies from plc's and multi-nationals through to
local business. Her aim is to provide accurate, practical and commercial advice.
She specialises in advising on all employment related issues but particularly employment tribunal litigation, diversity and
discrimination and collective issues. She conducts her own advocacy before the Employment Tribunal and is also regularly involved
in presenting client seminars/workshops. Anne-Marie has also contributed to a number of employment journals and is a contributing
author to Croner's Managing Equality and Diversity. Anne-Marie also specialises in corporate and business immigration and
leads Osborne Clarke's Business Immigration team. Her sector specialisms are transport, natural resources and retail.
Anne-Marie trained at Russell Jones & Walker in London before joining Osborne Clarke in 1997. She became an associate in 1999
and a Partner in 2004.
