Dan jointly leads the Corporate Finance Team in Bristol.  Dan has broad experience of corporate transactions generally and specialises in flotations, private and listed placings, rights issues, open offers, moves of market, and public takeovers.  He has also worked on demergers, restructurings (including schemes of arrangement and reductions of capital) and numerous acquisitions and disposals for listed clients in addition to general Listing, Prospectus and Disclosure & Transparency Rules advice.

Dan's recent experience includes the class 1 disposal of Mercury Health for Tribal Group plc, the takeover of JS Real Estate plc, a secondary placing for Bioganix plc, the floatation of Sky High and acquisitions for Imperial Tobacco Group plc.  He has particular expertise in the waste management and renewable energy market as well as in relation to primary and secondary healthcare delivery projects.

Dan is also part of our Corporate Advisory team and has particular expertise in relation to Company Law Reform.
