Jos has experience in advising on a wide range of corporate transactions, particularly in relation to technology start-ups and early stage companies. He also has specialist expertise in advising partnerships and not for profit companies.

He has recently advised Elixent, the leader in the field of reconfigurable semiconductor IP, on several rounds of venture capital funding, and leads the team advising Bristol University in relation to the funding of spin-out companies and other technology transfer deals. He has also recently been appointed to advise the Lachesis Fund in relation to investments in spin-out companies from the Universities of Nottingham, Nottingham Trent, de Montfort, Leicester and Loughborough.

Jos also advises a range of media companies and has acted for Future Publishing Ltd for a number of years. He is also a director of Bristol Old Vic Trust Ltd, The Wildscreen Trust and South West Screen.
