
Nick specialises in content, commercial and contract issues for advertising, sponsorship and media clients and is rated by
directory Legal 500 as one of the UK's top advertising and marketing lawyers.
Nick sits on the board of the European Sponsorship Association and is a member of the UK's Advertising Law Group, as well
as being closely involved with the European Advertising Lawyers Association. He is the co-author of the 2002 re-issue of
the advertising and marketing volume of Butterworths' Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents and was the co-founder of our
specialist website www.marketinglaw.co.uk.
He joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee in 1994, qualified in 1996 and became a partner in 2001.
