Angus specialises in technology, telecoms and outsourcing transactions. Recent experience includes advising Vodafone on 4 MVNO partnership deals (with BT, Asda, Carphone Warehouse and Lebara), Premier Telesolutions on an Ofcom investigation, The Carphone Warehouse on its acquisition of AOL's UK broadband business, Bravura on a business critical outsourcing deal with EDS and Redstone on a £16m ICT contract as part of the governments BSF program.

Angus joined Osborne Clarke in 1998, having been an in-house counsel at British Telecommunications Plc for over 4 years. He became a partner in 2000 and opened our Silicon Valley office in the Autumn of that year. Angus is the head of Osborne Clarke's telecoms sector group.
