Skills and experience

We are seeking a Solicitor with at least 2 years' experience as a general commercial litigator.  Candidates must have solid commercial litigation experience.  They will be involved on a range of commercial litigation work including:

• IP litigation
• Breach of warranty claims relating to company purchases
• IT disputes
• Banking and finance
• General contractual and commercial litigation

Candidates will have gained technical expertise within well a respected litigation team at a City or large regional firm.  They will have worked with clients at a senior level and have a commitment to marketing and business development initiatives. 

The role offers training and development opportunities alongside team and Partner support.

Team

The team Partner is Clare Robinson, and the litigation team in Bristol consists of three more Partners and eight Associates who are supported by six Solicitors and two Trainees.  The team works as part of the national litigation practice group.
